Feeds & Speeds
Pick a material, tool, coating, and diameter from the built-in chart libraries (or your own) and get RPM, IPM, SFM, chip load per tooth, DOC, and WOC on one screen, capped to your machine’s max RPM.
Tap & Drill / Drill Finder
UNC, UNF, and metric tap drill sizes. Type a decimal inch size and Drill Finder shows the nearest fraction, number, and letter drills.
Libraries
Keep your own tools, materials, machines, and holders. Edit them in a grid, export to XLSX, ZIP, or JSON, and import those files on another device.
Measure with on-device print OCR
Open a print photo or PDF, read dimensions with OCR that runs on your device, and track inspection rows as in spec or out of spec against your tolerances. Prints are not uploaded.
Probe & Macros
Work-probe and contact / laser tool-setter references, plus macro references for Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, and Siemens controls and a macro editor for drafting and saving your own.
G-code
Paste NC code or take a photo of it and see G and M code definitions for your control.
Convert & Geometry
Inch / mm / µm conversion with tolerances. Trig, bolt circle, countersink, chamfer, dovetail, and sine bar calculators.
Also in the app: a CNC knowledge glossary with diagrams and shop procedures for setups, rotary work, probing, and measuring.
Your data stays on your device
Settings, libraries, and measuring sheets are stored locally on your device or in your browser. There is no sign-in and no cloud account. Prints you open in Measure are read on your device and are not uploaded. The app has no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Details are in the Privacy policy.
